-You retain ownership of your content and intellectual property; we only retain the rights necessary to deliver our services.
-This agreement is non-exclusive, allowing you to collaborate with other companies.
-You are responsible for ensuring that your manuscript adheres to legal requirements; we disclaim liability for its content.
-We reserve the right to modify pricing or payment terms, with a commitment to notify you at least 30 days prior to any changes.
-This contract constitutes the complete agreement between the parties and is binding on both parties and their heirs or successors.
